Retention and deletion

What is kept, for how long, and what deletion does. Every statement is a measurement on the production system with the report-card row it rests on, or a plain statement that something is not available yet. Cut against Green-Out v15 on 2026-09-14; a snapshot, not a live read.

What is kept

• Signed decision receipts are kept for the life of your account plus any legal hold. The chain they form is append-only: the application cannot edit or remove a row, and a fork at the chain tip is refused.

• Workspace transcripts are kept so a session can be reopened, encrypted at rest under a key bound to your tenant, and you can delete them yourself; deleting a transcript does not delete the receipts its turns were bound to.

What deletion does

On your written request LogiRoot deletes your workspace transcripts and account data within 30 days and confirms it in writing, as the data processing addendum undertakes. Signed decision receipts are the evidence the governance exists to produce and are kept for the life of the account plus any legal hold; you can export them at any time from the dashboard.
